Primo's Unlimited Bucket Wings - Main

Nov 23, 2025: Went here on a Saturday night. First disappointment of the night: only accepts cash. The restaurant was fully occupied, but they had less than 10 staff, making them severely understaffed. The service was incredibly slow. It took them 30 minutes just to bring our order. Because of the understaffing, it also took a long time to clear the table we were assigned. When served, the chicken was cold. The Primo's Sisig was the only dish we genuinely liked. Due to the extremely long wait times, we honestly felt like we didn't want to order the 'unli' refills we paid for. Aug 3, 2025: We ate here on a Sunday night. The ₱399 unli wings came with bottomless lemon iced tea or cucumber lemonade and one non-refillable dip of your choice. We tried almost all of the flavors, and my favorites were the primos sisig and garlic parmesan. The food wasn't too slow or too fast to arrive. I will definitely come back here the next time I'm craving wings!

The overall dining experience was very disappointing. When the food was served, some pieces of chicken came out hot while others were cold, which already showed inconsistency in preparation. The waiting time was extremely long — about 30 to 40 minutes just to get the first serving, and another 30 to 40 minutes again for refills. Even basic items like rice and juice took far too long to arrive. On top of that, I noticed cockroaches beside our table, which made the place feel unhygienic. Because of the delays, we decided not to wait for the refill anymore. The restaurant sets a maximum dining time of 2 hours, but with such slow service, you spend most of that time just waiting instead of eating. It’s clear that the place is understaffed, since the cashier is also the one serving food and cleaning tables. If you don’t have a lot of patience, this unlimited wings offer is not worth trying. Ang lungkot tingnan ng kumakain lahat nag aantay.

The food was good but it was clear the service didn’t match that. The place is understaffed. I also saw a roach crawling somewhere which discouraged me from going back. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take a photo of it.
